Dissatisfaction based on results alone does not qualify for a refund.

4. Non-Refundable Services
All payments made for digital marketing services are generally non-refundable once the work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Strategy planning and consultation
  • SEO audits and implementation
  • Paid advertising campaign setup and management
  • Social media content creation and management
  • Website development or customization after project initiation
  • Any service where resources have been allocated and work has begun

Once any part of the service is delivered, the payment for that portion becomes non-refundable.

5. Eligibility for Refund

  • Duplicate payment made by the client due to technical error
  • Payment made but service not initiated within the agreed timeframe due to company fault
  • Cancellation request submitted and approved before any work has started

6. Partial Refunds

  • Project termination at an early stage before significant work is completed
  • Mutual agreement between the client and the company

In such scenarios, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the cost of work already completed, resources utilized, and administrative charges.

Refund requests submitted without complete information may not be processed.

15. Service Interruption
We are not liable for any service interruption caused by external factors such as platform downtime, account suspension, algorithm updates, or technical issues. Such situations do not qualify for refunds.
